This new camp program is designed to introduce our 3-year-old campers to day camp in a welcoming, fun way through games, activities, outdoor adventures and much more! For more information, read the 2010 Summer Programs Brochure.
Full Day - Day Camp Program for boys and girls closed. Please call camp for last minute availability and wait list placement. Still accepting applications for Expedition Camps and Language Immersion Program.
Dates and Times
Little Explorers dates for Summer 2010 will be June 14 to August 6.
There is a minimum 4 week sign-up. You may choose the weeks you wish to attend.
The weeks do not have to be consecutive.
Little Explorers Times:
Monday and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Enrollment
First-come, first-served. Campers must be at least three-years-old by June 1, 2010. Children must be toilet trained by the first day of camp.
Outdoor-Theme Program
Campers will explore the outdoors while being guided by a team of experienced early childhood teachers and counselors. Activities include exploration time, games, singing, crafts and much more! Using the North Shore Country Day School spacious campus and Lower School building, campers will have plenty of room to explore the natural wonders that surround us.
Staff
A 1:5 staff-to-camper ration is maintained. Children will be under the supervision of a lead teacher and senior counselors.
Transportation
There is no transportation offered for this program.
Great Facilities
Using the North Shore Country Day School spacious campus and Lower School building, campers will have plenty of room to explore the natural wonders that surround us.
Registration
Complete the Little Explorers Camper Application and send it to the Summer Programs office with a deposit.
